The Eviction Notice

The Billionaire Wife's Revenge banner

Julian: Who gave you permission to touch my gates?

Locksmith: I am just doing my job, buddy. Talk to the guy in the suit.

Julian: Hey! You! Who are you?

David: Good morning, Julian. I am David Ross, lead counsel for Apex Holdings.

Julian: I don't care what company you work for. You are trespassing on private property.

David: Actually, you are the one trespassing.

Julian: Are you out of your mind? I grew up in this mansion.

Beatrice: Julian! Thank goodness you are here. These thugs are trying to kick me out!

Julian: Nobody is kicking you out, Mother. I am calling the police.

David: The police are already on their way to enforce the eviction notice.

Julian: Eviction? We own this estate outright.

David: You haven't owned this estate for three years, Julian.

Beatrice: That is a lie! My husband left it to us in his will.

David: Your husband left you twenty million dollars in debt. The bank was going to foreclose.

Julian: What are you talking about? We have no debt.

David: You have no debt because an anonymous buyer stepped in, paid off the bank, and bought the deed.

Beatrice: An anonymous buyer? Who?

David: The CEO of Apex Holdings. My client.

Julian: So some billionaire owns my house? Fine. Tell him I want to buy it back today.

David: My client is not a him. And she is not interested in selling.

Julian: She? Who is she?

David: I suggest you go down to the corporate office. She is waiting for you in the boardroom.

Beatrice: I am not leaving my home! All my clothes and jewelry are in there!

David: The contents of the house are currently being audited. You may take one suitcase of personal items.

Julian: This is a massive mistake. I am going to sue you for every penny you have.

David: You don't have the funds to hire a lawyer, Julian. Your accounts are frozen.

Julian: I am going to the office right now. I will destroy whoever this woman is.

Beatrice: Go get them, Julian. Make them pay for insulting us!

Julian jumped back into his car and sped down the driveway, leaving his mother with the lawyers.
