Cruel Mother-In-Law Throws Newborn Baby And Mother Out Into The Rain banner

Daniel: Clara, I was in shock! You know I love you and the baby!

Clara: Love doesn't stay silent while a mother gets humiliated on a cold porch, Daniel.

Victoria: Don't beg her, Daniel! We don't need their blood money!

Arthur: Blood money? My daughter worked two jobs to put your weak son through law school!

Victoria: That was her duty as his wife!

Arthur: Her duty was to be respected and cherished, not abused by a washed-up socialite living on borrowed time!

Victoria gasped, clutching her black lace dress as if she had been slapped across the face.

Victoria: I built this family's reputation in this city!

Arthur: You built a house of cards on a foundation of lies and unpaid debts.

Clara held her baby closer as the little girl let out a soft whimper in the cool morning air.

Clara: Let's get her inside somewhere warm, Dad. Her hands are freezing.

Arthur: Of course, my dear. My car is heated and ready.

Daniel: Clara, please let me hold my daughter! She's my child, too!

Clara: You let your mother call her a bastard ten minutes ago, Daniel. You don't get to hold her now.

Daniel: I was scared of my mother! She controls all the trust funds!

Arthur: There are no trust funds, young man! Your mother drained them three years ago!

Daniel spun around to face his mother, his eyes wild with anger and betrayal.

Daniel: What did you say?! My grandfather's inheritance is gone?!

Victoria: I had to pay off the country club dues! I had to maintain our image!

Daniel: You lied to me! You told me Clara was the one draining our bank accounts!

Clara: She made me pay for my own baby formula with my waitress savings, Daniel!

Daniel: Mom... how could you do this to us?!

Victoria: Shut up, Daniel! Stop whining in front of these people!

Arthur: These people happen to own your entire life now, Victoria.

Arthur pulled a gold fountain pen and a thick legal folder from his inner jacket pocket.

Arthur: As of 8:00 AM this morning, Sterling Global acquired all outstanding debt notes associated with your family's name.

Victoria: What does that mean?

Arthur: It means your luxury cars, your jewelry, your country club membership, and this very house now belong to my daughter's estate.

Victoria: You can't take my jewelry! That's personal property!

Arthur: You put up those diamond necklaces as collateral for your loan last month, Victoria. Did you forget what you signed?

Victoria took a step back, her high heels stumbling on the smooth marble floor as panic seized her chest.

Victoria: Daniel, call our family lawyer right now!

Daniel: With what money, Mom?! You just admitted we're broke!

Clara: You wanted me out of your house, Victoria. Well, now it's not your house anymore.
